You will never feel the sunshine on your face again or feel the bite of the frosty cold on a early winter storm or to see the love in a puppies eyes as it kisses you on the face,
to smell the warm grass as it blows across a dry field, it is there, then it is gone, so like you, the memory lingers somewhat but there is so much missing, like a puzzle with pieces dissapering each day and the picture is getting smaller..are you taking those pieces with you..to the place where you are at..where did your pain go..it seems you left it here..for all of us to share that piece and disolve it with our tears..
when all the pieces are gone maybe the sunshine will be brighter and the frosty cold more brisk and the puppy kisses more sweet..

I made this Memorial to help my family and me deal with the shock and the pain of Dad's death "it is still hard for me to write that" because I still can't believe it happened so fast.. We were told he would be home on June the third but he passed on the 25 of may. Someday we will understand..

Thank you for setting up this memorial to Jerry Howe.
We hope that you find it a positive experience developing the site and that it becomes a place of comfort and inspiration for you to visit whenever you want or need to.
